Legality of processing
The processing of data by the hotel according to Art. 6 DS-GVO is only legal if one of the following conditions is met:
The consent of the data subject, or the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract of which the party is the party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (which are at the request of the person concerned), or the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the hotel is subject to, or the processing required for the protection of the legitimate interests of the hotel or a third party (unless the interests or fundamental rights / freedoms of the person concerned prevail).
Nature and purpose of processing
The hotel collects, stores and processes the data of the persons concerned, which are generally required to fulfill the business of the hotel (concluding accommodation contracts).
This is data required to fulfill contractual obligations to customers and third parties, data required for the collection, storage and processing of the hotel or necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of the hotel or a third party and which do not outweigh the interests of the data subject.
Otherwise the hotel would not be able to conclude accommodation contracts without collecting, storing and processing all personal data. The data already collected, stored and processed are also required to continue the contractual cooperation of data subjects with the hotel.
The hotel also uses the data of data subjects to keep any correspondence with them. This is not direct mail for the hotel.

Paper-based records related to personal data are kept in separate, enclosed spaces.

The right of the hotel to delete personal data depends on whether this data may or must be retained for legal or contractual reasons for a certain period of time.
The same applies to the right of persons affected to object to the processing of personal data by the hotel.

If the hotel is written by inquiry or contact form, the information from the corresponding form including the contact details given there by the person concerned for the processing and for any follow-up questions are stored. These data are only used by us and not given to third parties. The processing of these data takes place exclusively on the basis of the consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) A DS-GVO).
